Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stable Tracer software and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you and your barn upload to the Service such as horses, buyers, and vet records. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely as needed to provide the Service to you and other authorized users in your barn.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Upload content that infringes on someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

4. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may make changes to the Service at any time.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we're required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STABLE TRACER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stable Tracer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
